I'm blueether at the BeThere forums and in the irc channel (via your browser or channel #Be* on irc.beusergroup.co.uk).
If you have any problems with you BeThere line and need some more help to problem solve or to get other tips on how to stablise and improve you adsl connection just pop into irc (irc is also good for a chat if that is all you want do do, or if you have a general tech question) or the forum.

For Netgear DG834 v4/GT, Linksys WAG etc please use `adslctl info --stats`via telnet or the detailed stats pages.
For Netgears on the standard firmware you can try this link (replace 192.168.0.1 with your routers IP if ypu have changed it):

And remember: all posted stats are public and you give adsl.blueether.net non exclusive rights to use the stats submitted.
